The Tarahumara people of Chihuahua, Mexico, are known for their strength, honesty, and connection to nature. Their way of life inspired me to create a restaurant that values fresh ingredients, authentic recipes, and a welcoming atmosphere.
A Taste of Northern Mexico
Our menu is built around the rich flavors of Northern Mexican food. We serve everything from tacos and burritos to fajitas, tortas, and chiles rellenos. Our specialty dishes include char-broiled carne asada and wild white Mexican shrimp sautéed with tequila and orange sauce. Every meal is made fresh daily, using locally sourced ingredients whenever possible.
The Salsa Bar Experience
The Salsa Bar is included with all meals, and features over 20 made-fresh-daily salsas - some classics, such as Pico de Gallo, Salsa Molcajete, and Salsa Brava. Some are family favorites, like Pineapple-Mango Salsa, Cilantro con Jalapeño and Chipotle Crema. Top it all off with a Mexican or Domestic Beer, or a glass of Wine, a refreshing agua fresca or maybe Jarritos soda, and you have the Tarahumara experience.
Freshly Baked Mexican Treats
We recently added a bakery, bringing even more of Mexico’s flavors to Park City. Every morning, we make flans, cheesecakes, tres leches cake, donuts, conchas, and Mexican cookies from scratch. Whether you want a sweet ending to your meal or something to take home, our bakery has something delicious waiting for you.
